Extended art alignment problems? Here's how to fix it.

So you just bought some cool extended art for your Pokemon, One Piece, Gundam, Riftbound, or some other TCG slab you have. You remove it from the packaging material, place the insert inside your case, turn it around, and it doesn't look perfectly aligned. It might be off by a millimeter. What went wrong?

Well, a few things actually. The biggest culprit of misalignment is really how the card is placed inside the slab. When I make extended art, I design it based on the fact that the card is sitting at the very bottom of the slab (as pictured)

Sometimes the card isn't sitting at the bottom as is being hung above it somewhere. For my prints, I've allowed a few millimeters of play top, bottom, left, and right with the insert. You can move the insert around in the case. Once it's in the location you want, put the slab on top to pin it into place and you should be good. Same thing goes for massive centering issues. Just adjust the extended art insert in the case. 

If alignment off by A LOT, please reach out. It shouldn't be. Misalignment should be very very minor.
